With over 30 years of global capital markets and shareholder engagement expertise gained as an investment banker, a Chief Investor Relations Officer and financial controller at multi-listed conglomerates, Anne is a strategic partner to both private and public companies since founding FINEO in 1998. She brings a verifiable track record of contributing to value creation, the diversification of share ownership structures and sustained reduction in the cost of capital. She has managed large shareholder bases across multiple stock exchanges and has been instrumental in the success of some of the world’s largest Initial Public Offerings.

A passionate advocate of the IR profession, Anne is the author of the reference manual “Investor Relations: principles and best practices in financial communications” (Palgrave). She has served on the Board of the National Investor Relations Institute (USA), the world’s largest organization of IR professionals and is a member of several IR societies globally. She is a certified financial analyst and holds a PhD in International Finance from the University of Dauphine (Paris, France).

Supervising the Corporate IR product

Amani Korayeim is Europe and Emerging EMEA Director at Extel (previously Institutional Investor Research). In this capacity, she is responsible for supervising the Corporate IR product within these regions and oversees critical client relationships, strategic partnerships, the introduction of new research products, and the expansion into new markets, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa. She collaborates closely with Investor Relations and executive management teams, leading workshops to assess capabilities and shape IR engagement and outreach strategies.

Prior to her tenure at Extel, Amani gained experience in the business information sector, offering research-based advisory services to professional services firms on a global mandate. With over 13 years in the IR industry, she is a frequent speaker at IR society seminars, concentrating on measuring and optimizing IR performance, peer benchmarking, and navigating the impact of emerging trends and regulatory changes in the IR landscape. Amani actively contributes as a member of the Best Practice Committee for the UK IR Society’s Board and has served as a mentor in the IR Society Mentoring program for two years. Since 2020, she has been a part of the judging panel for the SCMA Awards at the Saudi Capital Markets Forum.

Amani holds the Certificate of Investor Relations (CIR) from the UK IRS and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Politics from Queen Mary University, London.
